Organizational Alignment

Aligning the organization is critically important to accelerate positive change and sets the ground rules for the way all employees serve customers and constituents as well as the way they work together and manage day-to-day operations and decision making. By challenging non-productive attitudes and behaviors, interrupting old patterns and by establishing that “what got us here and will not get us where we need to go,” participants take ownership for driving an organizational vision that produces success for themselves, the customer and the organization as a whole.
